There are many benefits associated with practicing yoga regularly including improved strength and mobility, better concentration, improved posture, better breathing and lowered stress. I run small group classes over a course of a few weeks the group is small which enables me to adapt the postures to your needs, so you can work within your reach and to develop at your own pace. I also teach one to one Yoga for therapy and personal development and offer a free 30 minute consultation where we can discuss if individual yoga lessons may be helpful for you.
