Bryn Awel Bed and Breakfast is open to guests all year round and combines a central St Davids location, only minutes’ walk away from the coast path, with a warm and well-presented en-suite accommodation and a friendly welcome. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and providing our guests with a relaxed and friendly place to stay. Bryn Awel dates back over 120 years and retains the charm and features of houses from this era, along with the modern comforts expected in the 21st Century. A comfortable Guest Sitting Room is provided, with an array of visitor information on hand, along with a recently refurbished Dining Room where a range of hot and cold options are served at Breakfast, using locally sourced organic ingredients to suit all dietary requirements. After a warm welcome and refreshments, guests can take a short walk to the wide range of shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and attractions and places of interest that St Davids has to offer. A short walk in one direction leads to The Cathedral and Bishops Palace and in another leads to the stunning Caerfai Bay, a beautiful sandy beach, at low tide, with views across to the Marloes and the Islands. Bryn Awel is situated opposite the superb Oriel y Parc Visitor Centre, a great resource for all the information that visitors to the area will need, and staffed by a great team who are always on hand to help with advice and guidance. Pete and Jane Rowell took over Bryn Awel in 2012 and are keen to establish the Bed and Breakfast as the preferred place to stay in the centre of St Davids. We welcome all visitors from across Wales, the rest of the UK and World and as keen Walkers, Cyclists and Nature Lovers ourselves, are always pleased to provide advice on places to visit and experience in the area. Packed lunches can be provided and luggage or people transfer can be arranged with notice.
